The Rolex OysterQuartz Datejust Ref 17013

I found this one a few years ago in well used condition.

As I say, in well used condition.

So I have to do some work at it.

So the bezel is in good condition.

Maybe not the most exciting dial.

We take a closer look.

Good old Tritium dots.

The hand line up perfect.

So we open it up and the backcase says 17000 B.

And the battery powered Caliber 5035.

The battery.

Not many parts left.

All the parts.

Just before the polishing.

A little brushing will help.

A little polishing too.

The tube is not what it have been.

A new battery, gasket, crown and a tube will do it.

And it's ticking again, 1 beat per second.
